Send us the occasion, preferred colours, budget and any treats or personal details you would like included. We’ll reply to discuss availability and create your arrangement.

How payment works

Once we confirm your bespoke design, we'll send a written payment request with a full price breakdown. A 50% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due before collection or delivery.

  • Bank transfer — preferred (no fees). Account details and a unique reference are sent with your payment request.
  • Card — secure payment link sent by email.
  • PayPal — invoice sent to your PayPal email.

A receipt is issued as soon as payment clears. Shop bouquets are paid for at checkout.

Bank transfer is welcome and means no card fees. We'll send full payment details once your order is confirmed.

Deposit calculator

Enter the quoted total (or your budget) and we'll show the 50% deposit needed to confirm your booking.

If you've already paid (or part-paid), attach a screenshot or PDF — PNG, JPG, PDF up to 10MB.

No payment is taken now. We'll reply with a quote and payment request once your order is confirmed. Please allow enough lead time for handmade bespoke pieces.
